The 2026 season is upon us! Word of our incredible team culture is getting around, and we are experiencing a huge amount of interest in the 2026 season. Due to coaching/student-athlete ratios and to keep things manageable, we are currently at capacity as a team. As such we have created a waitlist for this season. We will send additional invitations if and as spots become available, based on a first-come, first-served model. For those interested in joining the team waitlist, please complete the

For the 2026 season, Wildcats MTB is requiring (a soft requirement) each of our student-athletes to accrue a minimum of 10 hours prior to the time trial on August 22. Use the following link to report your hours.

The Arkansas League is split into the Plains and Plateaus due to the expansive growth we have seen over the years. Wildcats MTB (Washington JHS) is in the Plateau region!

- Race 2 | September 20 | Conway Meadows Tech Park (Mid-Season Classic)
- Race 3 | October 4 | Bentonville
- Race 4 | November 1 | Centennial Park, Fayetteville (AR NICA State Championship)
- NICA Central Regional Championship | November 7-8 | Centennial Park, Fayetteville, AR (High School Teams only)
As the parent of a registered student-athlete, you can stay up to date with correspondence and events in the Heja! app.
We will continue to post updates on our team site as we receive them from the league. Information from the league can also be found on their website HERE!
League Fees & Team Dues
League Fees & Team Dues
For student-athletes: A league program fee of $355 covers the full season of participation, including league registration, access to highly trained and dedicated coaches, insurance coverage, preseason events, and 5 Arkansas NICA events in the Fall. Every student-athlete enrolled by August 1, 2026 will be issued a personalized number plate.
While we will not have a team fee for student-athletes for 2026, we do rely heavily on our team families for support. For those parents that are not able to actively coach or volunteer for the team, we will be reaching out request team donations or to make purchases of team supplies and equiment. This enables the team to provide proper support including tents, coolers, water jugs, hydration, nutrition, trailer maintenance, etc.
Early Bird Pricing: If student-athletes are enrolled prior to August 10th, they will only pay $340, a $15 discount on the season.
For coaches: (or any Level 1 volunteer or adult working with student-athletes on the team) The cost is $25 league enrollment fee plus $38 background check ($11 in subsequent years). Any adult who participates in team practices (rides with student-athletes) must be a licensed coach with Arkansas NICA and background checked.
